1, Technical requirements:

1) The designed rigidity of the machine tool can reach s30408 / SUS 304 / 2B -- 8mm stainless steel dish cutting and shrink processing;

2) The pressure cylinder support is cantilevered structure, and the left and right space are separated (it is recommended to use X-shaped structure fuselage), and the rigidity is required to meet the requirements of national standards;

3) The double station shrink, and cutting machine of inner and outer dish is suitable for processing 3000mm dish, meeting the technical requirements of the product drawings of the buyer, and adopting two shrink forming;

4) There is an auxiliary material receiving cylinder (the auxiliary material receiving cylinder meets the requirements of centering and leveling functions and is in the falling state after power failure). The robot transports the workpiece to the auxiliary material receiving cylinder, and the cylinder descends to put the workpiece into the necking station. When the jacking cylinder is lifted, the workpiece center is about 300mm high;

5) The spindle center is equipped with a jacking cylinder, which is convenient for loading and unloading workpieces

2, Workflow:

The dish is manually (or robot) transported from the conveying line to the auxiliary jacking cylinder (initial state) of "above the feeding tray of the shrink machine", Positioning cylinder up (jacking up state) -- press the start button to enter the processing state of the machine tool -- rotation of the receiving tray -- ejection of the jacking cylinder -- retraction of the lifting cylinder -- the workpiece is parked at the positioning cylinder -- the pressing cylinder descends -- after the workpiece is pressed -- the exhaust of the rear auxiliary cylinder falls to the bottom -- workpiece rotation – cutting -- primary shrink (completion of shrink, exit of the primary shrink cutter) -- secondary necking (completion of shrinking, withdrawal of the secondary shrinking cutter) – shrinking completion -- retraction of the pressing cylinder -- ejection of the workpiece by the ejection cylinder -- rotation of the receiving tray to the workpiece -- retraction of the ejection cylinder -- ejection of the receiving tray -- removal of the dish by robot or manually -- end

 

3, Equipment configuration requirements:

1) Electrical control part:

Delta series PLC control, plus Delta (or vinylon) touch screen, simple operation and stable performance. The machine body is equipped with emergency stop buttons, which are respectively arranged in the control box and the machine, and equipped with leakage protection appliances. PLC expansion space is reserved in the electrical cabinet (the number of PLC input / output control points shall be no less than 5 points each). The relay adopts Schneider brand. The touch screen can display the manual, automatic setting, parameter setting, fault display, historical data, operation status during necking and other information

2) Pneumatic part:

Use AIRTAC pneumatic components (solenoid valve, cylinder, etc.);

3) Hydraulic part:

Adopt the hydraulic components of standard vertebral brand (Taichuang), the oil cylinder adopts standard vertebral oil cylinder, the hydraulic solenoid valve (Taichuang), and the hydraulic high-pressure pipeline and connector are standard vertebral parts;

 

4, Equipment Product Description:

1. The equipment adopts a four station design. According to different process requirements, it can work at the same time or at a separate station.

2. The workpiece speed can be adjusted according to different process requirements.
